same body calling non stop.

Claims I owe a payday loan of $500 from Personal Cash Advance and asked me to fax over my bank statement for the month of sept. and that they could wrk something out with me to pay it back.

I have asked numerous times for them to stop calling me. When I was out of the room my son answered the phone and was told that I ordered something and needed information. I expect that their are laws that prevent these fraudulent calls and I want to press charges.

CID listed this number as private I picked up and said hello several times and received no response

This person states I owe a debt that is 4 years old and that they have been trying to reach me in regard to potential arbitration the last 45 days. They have on record an address I've never resided at and they were able to identify the last 4 of my social, my middle initial and my permanent address. They contacted me at my place of employment and tried to demand that I agree to payment arangements after I asked if I could crunch numbers and call back.

Scam artists. I've reported them to the National Do Not Call registry and Verizon.

Who is this ?

They said they were from the irs and that they needed my social security number and all my other information and i gave it to them and now im afriad it was a scam
